ONE – 1 hour session $55

Personal Training-EGYM App
This is an hour-long Personal training session where we design a custom 4-week training program using the EGYM App. The trainer will meet with you for one session to build your program and assign weights/reps while going over proper form. The client will be assigned a 4-week training program through the Egym App to complete at your own pace. Each time you work out, you would confirm the workouts you completed. The App shows detailed images of each exercise as well as how many reps and the amount of weight to use.
The program design does not use the EGYM equipment, the personal training is completed with a combination of any of the following: Free Weights, Kettlebells, TRX, Bosu Ball, Smith Machine, Sandbags, Body Weight exercises, etc.
$75.00 for the 4 week training program, including the initial setup and design
