Take the next step to your fitness goals with our certified Weight Loss Specialist, Teri. This is a one on one, 4-week program with weekly checkins. The program is designed to help you achieve both short and long term goals, with focus on overall health and fitness. In this program you will explore current eating habits, trigger points, weightloss challenges, as well as stress reduction.
